INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST-TIME REPLACEMENT:
If your umbrella has failed to function properly, we are happy to replace it for free (except shipping). Please follow the steps below for first-time replacements.
Send a photo of the damaged umbrella:
Email a photo(s) of the damaged unit to email@example.com. Please include a photo of the damaged section of umbrella, as well as a photo of the handle to help verify the model.
Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your shipping address (UK/EU addresses only)
- The model and color
- Approximate original date of purchase
- Return shipping order number (Step 2 below)
We will email you after we receive your email, verify your replacement history and send the replacement accordingly.
Pay the shipping fee for the replacement unit. Please click button below to pay the shipping fee via credit card.
